Welcome to My Homepage
I am Professor of Applied Econometrics at UniDistance Suisse in Brig/Valais. My research focuses on labour and industrial economics, using causal inference and machine learning methods to analyse both experimental and nonexperimental data. I am particularly interested in studying heterogeneous effects and optimal allocation rules in public and private policies.
In addition to my role at UniDistance Suisse, I am affiliated with the Center for Research in Economics and Statistics (CREST), the University of Johannesburg, and the CESifo Network.
